Biggest struggles?  

Some of the struggles mentioned above:  

  • Feeling disconnected.  

  • Feels like a mere shade of herself, and because she’s high-profile and often a leader in the wellness and self-development space, she’s at a loss with what to do—she thought she knew, but she realized that what she’s been doing doesn’t reach deep enough for this transition and/or the depth of her unavoidable desire.  

  • She lacks capacity for intimacy and pleasure.  

  • She’s lost the spirit of being a woman and longs to reconnect with her.  

  • She’s in overwhelm underneath the composure, and her ways are manifesting as a fear of disease, burnout, and disruption—ultimately, she knows she can’t keep going on like this.  

  • She feels flat, uninspired, and is really impacted by her physiology; she has decision fatigue and distrust in all that’s been sold as a solution that a) hasn’t worked, or b) has just offered a quick surface-level “fix.”
