This is where your journey begins. You’ll learn and embody the core principles of The Somatic Way — a method that becomes your lifelong companion. In this lesson, you’ll re-establish your relationship with your body as sacred ground. You’ll begin to understand and gently rewire the survival patterns that have shaped your experience of yourself and the world. Through practical somatic healing tools and nervous system regulation techniques, you’ll lay the groundwork for lasting resilience — the kind that lets you feel safe enough to truly be open to life.

Attachment & Boundaries
Here, we focus on healing the relational wounds that have kept you in cycles of protection and disconnection. You’ll learn to cultivate embodied self-trust, set and hold boundaries from within, and create conditions for secure attachment — first with yourself, and then with those you love. This isn’t about performance; it’s about building the nervous system capacity to be who you are in relationship.

Intergenerational Trauma & Resilience

In this lesson, you’ll explore how intergenerational trauma and survival energy have shaped your responses to life. Hi, I’m Zoey
And I don’t just teach this work. I live it.
For years, I lived in a body braced for survival. My nervous system was on constant alert — an invisible storm shaping my health, my relationships, my dreams. I tried to outrun the pain with knowledge, overachievement, and spiritual seeking. But no matter how much I knew, I couldn’t feel safe—not in my body, not in love, not in life.
That chronic dysregulation accelerated my disease, stole my sleep, left me isolated, and dimmed my voice. I faced heartbreak through miscarriage and missed opportunity. I lived the exhaustion of trying to hold together a union I loved, while our unhealed wounds and inherited survival patterns kept us in cycles of harm.
Today, I’m anchored in my body. I trust its signals. I stand in a partnership where security is our baseline and freedom, passion, and purpose can flourish, without losing ourselves. I feel confident in who I am, how I show up as a leader, and I have so much more freedom within myself to fail, make mistakes, and try again.

No. This work meets you exactly where you are. Whether you’re new to nervous system healing or have explored it before, all that’s needed is curiosity and a willingness to show up as you are. You’ll be guided gently at a pace that honors your capacity.

For the self-paced course, set aside about 2 hours per week for 6 weeks — or longer, since you’ll have lifetime access. The live group program runs for 8 weeks. Your daily integration will shape how deeply the work supports you. The pace is yours to set.
