JULIA MCCABE {Guest Teacher / Facilitator}

Years ago I hired Zoey as a guest anatomy teacher during my yoga teacher trainings. She had experience in Kinesiology - and I hired her for being her, to be honest. I didn't really look at her resume. I just saw in her that she cared about others, that she desired to teach and most importantly that she was a kind, giving human with a skill in speaking in an embodied way. Even back then, Zoey was one of the most embodied/health disciplined humans before it became trendy to say "embodied"! Zoey is one of the strongest little bodies I have been privileged to know. She is not only a dear friend, but she is a natural life coach. I always feel so much better about myself and my path when we part ways. She fills others up -and it blows me away how despite her own challenges she still does this. You know how people throw around "be the light" language - but then..don't really walk the talk? Who walks it? Zoey does. She's fucking powerful and I love her like family. I would recommend any woman to work with her.
