WE’LL MEET CONSISTENTLY OVER THREE MONTHS AT A RHYTHM THAT WORKS FOR YOU
We’ll focus on stabilizing, enlivening, healing and regulating your somatic experience, and honouring your deeper prayers in sustainable, powerful and actionable ways.
Prior to starting the live sessions you have the option to integrate Zoey’s onboarding experience for deeper self reflection and inquiry. When you’re ready you'll start the live sessions at your own pace which includes a 2 hour Discovery Session, followed by 8 Somatic Healing Session + 8 Integrative Coaching Sessions.
During the three months you have access to more timely support, and insight through Voxer or Whatsapp 1X/wk.
*Although this is a program it’s importan to now that it is flexible, so that we can attune to your unique somatic needs, desires and current life experiences.
